Boosie Badazz’s 18-Year-Old Son Ivy Ray Hatch Arrested in Louisiana on Drug, Gun and Armed Robbery Charges

Tough news out of Louisiana for the Badazz family. Ivy Ray Hatch, the 18-year-old son of Boosie Badazz, was arrested Thursday and booked on a string of serious charges.
According to TMZ, the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office confirmed Hatch was taken into custody in Louisiana on Thursday (Oct. 22) and hit with five charges: possession with intent to distribute drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a firearm with drugs, aggravated battery, and armed robbery. The sheriff’s office declined to release details about the incident that led to the arrest, and it’s still unclear exactly what went down.
Hatch has since been released on bond; no bail amount has been disclosed. TMZ reports it reached out to Boosie for comment, but the Baton Rouge rapper declined to speak on his son’s arrest.
The timing is especially heavy — Boosie was in New York City this week, where TMZ caught up with him about his new “Boosie network,” a streaming venture he described as the “new Netflix.”
This is a developing story, and details are still thin. We’ll keep you posted as more information becomes available.
