Hoodline crunched the numbers to find the top hookah bars in Philadelphia, using both Yelp data and our own secret sauce to produce a ranked list of the best spots to venture next time you’re on the hunt.

1. Cappelli Brothers Cigar Company


Topping the list is Cappelli Brothers Cigar Company. Located at 211 S. 13th St. in Washington Square, the hookah bar and tobacco and vape spot is the highest-rated hookah bar in Philadelphia, boasting 4.5 stars out of 77 reviews on Yelp.

Yelper Carlos J C. raved, “This place has a great ambience and amazing hookah! Jared treated us professionally and gave us an outstanding fresh citrus explosion (combination of lime, orange and grapefruit). If you’re a lover of hookah and cigars, this is a great place to visit.”

2. Luxor Cafe & Hookah Lounge


Next up is Spruce Hill’s Luxor Cafe & Hookah Lounge, situated at 132 S. 45th St. With five stars out of 20 reviews on Yelp, the hookah bar and lounge has proven to be a local favorite.
