Rock The Bells Festival 2026 Takes Over Prudential Center — Nov 29

Hip-hop history comes home for the holidays. The Rock The Bells Festival 2026 takes over Prudential Center, 25 Lafayette Street in Newark, on Sunday, November 29, 2026, with doors at 6:00 PM and the show at 7:00 PM.

Founded by LL Cool J, Rock The Bells has become the premier celebration of timeless hip-hop — and this year’s Thanksgiving-weekend edition closes out Hip-Hop History Month with a lineup spanning the genre’s full arc. LL Cool J performs with DJ Z-Trip, joined by Lil’ Kim, Method Man & Redman, and SWV. D-Nice curates a special Club Quarantine set featuring LeToya Luckett, The LOX, David Banner, and Rapsody. Newly added legends include Raekwon & Ghostface Killah, Shyne, Papoose, Kwamé, Kool G Rap, Onyx, Treach of Naughty by Nature, the Sugarhill Gang, the Furious Five, and Roxanne Shanté — with more surprises still to come.

From pioneers to icons, this one-night festival gathers the architects of the culture under one roof in Newark. If you love hip-hop, this is the pilgrimage.
