Musiq Soulchild Comes Home for a Holiday Residency at City Winery Philadelphia
Philly’s own Musiq Soulchild is spending the holidays at home. The neo-soul star begins a limited multi-night holiday engagement at City Winery Philadelphia (Main Stage, 990 Filbert St) on Thursday, December 17, 2026 at 6:00 PM — with a second show that night at 9:30 PM and additional dates on December 18, 21, and 22. Tickets are $78.
Born Taalib Johnson and raised in Philadelphia, Musiq Soulchild broke through in 2000 with his debut Aijuswanaseing and hits like “Just Friends (Sunny),” building a career of smooth neo-soul marked by multiple platinum records and 13 Grammy nominations. This intimate, seated residency pairs his set with City Winery’s dinner and wine service — one of the venue’s headlining holiday events.
Tickets are on sale now through City Winery.
