Dru Hill & Mýa Team Up for a Historic Night at NJPAC
Two R&B icons. One stage. Prudential Hall at NJPAC (1 Center Street, Newark) hosts Dru Hill & Mýa on Friday, December 11, 2026 at 8:00 PM — a pairing promoters are billing as a historic night.
Dru Hill defined late-’90s vocal soul — Baltimore’s own Sisqó, Nokio, and Jazz took “Tell Me,” “In My Bed,” “Never Make a Promise,” and “How Deep Is Your Love” to the top of the charts. They arrive in Newark with returning member Scola plus Smoke and Black of Playa, rounding out a seven-man lineup. Sharing the bill is Grammy winner Mýa (“Case of the Ex,” “Ghetto Supastar,” “Lady Marmalade”), who independently released her tenth studio album Retrospect in spring 2026 on her Planet 9 imprint — her first full-length in eight years, steeped in ’70s and ’80s funk and soul. The pairing is full circle: Mýa’s 1998 debut single “It’s All About Me” featured Dru Hill’s vocals.
Tickets are on sale now through NJPAC.
