Eyes Wide Shut Masquerade Party Brings a Purpose-Filled Night to ICONZ in Wilmington on October 30
Wilmington is getting a masquerade night with a message behind the masks. The Eyes Wide Shut Masquerade Party takes over ICONZ Bar and Lounge on Friday, October 30, 2026, from 9 PM to 1 AM, bringing four hours of dancing, live music and DJs to the city just ahead of Halloween weekend.
The party is set for ICONZ Bar and Lounge, 500 Greenhill Avenue, Wilmington, DE 19805. Admission is listed at $23.18, and the event is for guests ages 21 and older. The listing also notes free parking and a no-refund policy, so plan the night accordingly and arrive ready to stay for the full evening.
Guests are encouraged to lean into the theme and arrive in regal masquerade style, ready to own the night from behind the mask. The listing bills live music and DJs for the evening, though it does not name individual performers, so the focus stays on the room, the music and the shared experience.
HISTORY
The story behind this party is what sets it apart from a typical costume night. According to the Eventbrite listing, Eyes Wide Shut began more than ten years ago as an effort to raise awareness around breast cancer and to stand against domestic violence, body shaming and people shaming. Over time it has grown into a gathering built around confidence and self-expression, with a portion of proceeds directed to people in need. That history gives the masquerade a clear purpose: celebrate boldly, look out for one another, and turn a night out into support for people who need it.
For listeners planning a Halloween-season night out with meaning, this is a strong fit: a Wilmington room, a dress-up theme that invites creativity, and a cause woven into the celebration rather than added as an afterthought.
