Written by Kiss Media on 19 October 2026
Wilmington’s working crowd is getting its flowers this November. Worker’s Night Out — the ultimate all-black party for every working professional — takes over Docklands Riverfront on Saturday, November 21, 2026, and if you clock in, sign in, log in, or punch in, this night is built for you.
Scrubs, work boots, suits, tool belts, aprons, uniforms — whatever you wear to get through the week, leave it at home. This is an upscale, all-black-attire night for teachers, healthcare workers, first responders, barbers, stylists, contractors, tradespeople, truck drivers, government employees, corporate professionals, hospitality workers, tech professionals, realtors, entrepreneurs, and business owners. Music comes from @djrell302 and @djjazzycee, tables are available, and the night doubles as a special Omega Psi Phi Founders Day celebration promoted to the Bruhz as “Workers Night OWT.” Ages 25 and up.

HISTORY: Docklands Riverfront has become Wilmington’s go-to room for grown-and-sexy nightlife — the same riverfront venue behind this fall’s string of packed Wilmington parties, from Caribbean Passion to the upcoming Best Kept Soul and House of Sagittarius nights. Worker’s Night Out taps into a tradition as old as the city’s social calendar: the themed upscale party that turns a Saturday night into a networking event, a celebration, and a fashion show all at once. With Omega Psi Phi’s Founders Day attached, expect the room to carry that unmistakable Divine Nine energy — purple and gold pride layered over an all-black dress code.
