Diddy Reportedly Moved to General Population at FCI Allenwood
Written by Kiss Media on 22 October 2026
Sean “Diddy” Combs’ time behind bars has taken a new turn. According to a new report from TMZ, the Bad Boy mogul has been placed in general population at FCI Allenwood in Pennsylvania — a notable departure from the solitary confinement he had reportedly been subjected to.
It’s been a rocky stretch for Diddy inside the system. Last week, reports surfaced that he hurt his head at FCI Fort Dix and needed medical treatment. Not long after, TMZ reported that Diddy had gotten into a fight with Jamaican drug lord Christopher “Dudus” Coke — a claim his family quickly refuted. TMZ has stood by its sources and has not issued a retraction.
In the aftermath of all that, Diddy was transferred to the smaller FCI Allenwood, which houses around 1,000 inmates as opposed to the roughly 4,000 at Fort Dix. And according to TMZ’s latest, he is now mixing with the general population.
His team is taking the development as a positive sign. “If this information is accurate, we’re pleased to hear that Sean has returned to general population,” his representative Juda Engelmayer told Complex. “His safety and well-being are always important to us, but we have no specific reason to believe he is at risk. We hope he can continue serving his time safely and without unnecessary disruption.”
So far, Diddy’s stay at Allenwood has reportedly been quiet and without incident — which is probably for the best, given that his release date has been changed numerous times over the last year. As it stands, he is set to come home in early March of 2028, though that date remains subject to change. For now, he still has about 16 months left in his 50-month sentence.
From building the Bad Boy empire to the biggest hits of the ’90s and 2000s, Diddy’s catalog is undeniable. Revisit one of his Grammy-winning classics below.
