Congratulations are in order for Beyoncé as she became the first black woman to top the Billboard Hot Country Charts. Not to mention she did it during black history month, “Go Bey!”
Dolly Parton sent a wholesome congratulations out to Beyoncé for her Billboard Hot Country Number 1 Song. The country music star took to social media to share, “I’m a big fan of Beyoncé and very excited that she’s done a country album. So congratulations on your Billboard Hot Country number one single. Can’t wait to hear the album! love Dolly Parton”.
