I had the opportunity to check out Signatures by Angell Mobile Cuisine which at the time was placed outside of American Furniture Rental on Basin Road in New Castle, DE. I was captured by the purple and white van and a purple and black truck that had customers waiting to pick up their items. I was able to meet the owner Chef Angell Morris and her husband Jay Morris and was amazed at how proficient the service was from the time I walked up to her truck until the time I left.

Her customer service was absolutely amazing and the food was very fresh, hot and it hit your taste buds like no tomorrow. I am no food critic but this amazing mobile cuisine is one that I highly recommend, if you want amazing service I recommend that you go and check out Chef Angell Morris of Signatures by Angell Mobile Cuisine. While experiencing the amazing cuisine she also informed me that she does private events, catering and if you want her mobile services, she allows her customers to rent the truck as well. My experience was amazing and I highly recommend their amazing cuisine.
