Legends Only: Big Daddy Kane, Slick Rick, Rakim & EPMD Live in Elizabeth
Written by Kiss Media on 16 October 2026
Jersey, this one is for the old-school heads. “Legends Only” brings Big Daddy Kane, Slick Rick, Rakim, and EPMD — with Kid Capri on the decks — to the Ritz Theatre, 1148 East Jersey Street in Elizabeth, on Saturday, December 5, 2026, with the show at 8:00 PM. Four legendary names, one stage, one night.
Big Daddy Kane and Rakim are routinely named among the greatest MCs of all time. Slick Rick remains the undisputed storytelling king — “Children’s Story” still gets quoted bar for bar. And EPMD carry one of the most beloved catalogs in duo history. With Kid Capri handling the turntables, this is a golden-era hip-hop package built exactly the way the purists like it.
Tickets for the December 5 show are on sale now.
