Tyga Sued for $135K Over Two Beijing Concert No-Shows, Lawsuit Claims
Written by Kiss Media on 28 October 2026

Tyga is facing another six-figure legal fight over concerts he allegedly never performed. A Chinese management company has sued the rapper, claiming he pocketed payment for two Beijing appearances that never happened — and has only returned a fraction of the money.
According to court documents, Beijing Tongxing Wanxin Catering Management filed a lawsuit accusing Tyga of fraud and breach of contract. The complaint centers on two scheduled performances at Club Pac Star in 2023 — the first on August 4, followed by another on October 27. The company says it paid for both appearances, but Tyga never took the stage either night.
After both dates passed without a show, the company says it was assured the rapper would reschedule during the first or second quarter of 2024. Those make-up dates reportedly never materialized, and efforts to recover the money privately only got so far: the company says it received a $10,000 refund through a settlement, leaving $135,000 still owed. The lawsuit now seeks that balance plus interest and punitive damages. No response from Tyga or his representatives was included in the reports.
This is not the first time an international booking has landed Tyga in court. Back in June 2018, concert promoter Heavy Rotation sued him after allegedly paying $141,000 for performances at several venues in the United Arab Emirates, accusing him of abandoning the arrangement for a more lucrative offer from a competing Dubai nightclub. That dispute grew into a $1.4 million lawsuit before the two sides reached a settlement in April 2019 and agreed to dismiss the case.
For now, the Beijing case is the latest chapter in a long-running pattern of concert disputes following the “Rack City” rapper — and fans will be watching to see whether this one settles quietly or plays out in court.
