Grammy-nominated saxophonist Elan Trotman is bringing his acclaimed “Dear Marvin” Tribute to Marvin Gaye to Baltimore, playing Keystone Korner Baltimore on Friday, November 13, 2026, at 6:00 PM.
Trotman, a #1 Billboard smooth jazz saxophonist, has built a reputation as one of jazz’s most thrilling and emotive performers, blending Caribbean rhythms from his roots with skillful horn textures. His “Dear Marvin” tribute honors one of the greatest voices in soul music, reimagining Marvin Gaye’s timeless catalog — from the smooth romance of his love songs to the social consciousness of What’s Going On — through Trotman’s warm, expressive saxophone.
Keystone Korner Baltimore, at 1350 Lancaster Street, is one of the world’s top jazz venues, and a Friday evening set in that room is the perfect way to ease into the weekend. Come early, settle in, and let the music of Marvin Gaye fill the room.
