Ginuwine Brings “One Night Only” to Lehman Center in the Bronx with Ro James

The Bronx is about to get a serious dose of ’90s R&B royalty. Lehman Center for the Performing Arts presents Ginuwine: One Night Only, with opening act Ro James, on Saturday, November 7, 2026 at 8:00 PM (show runs 8:00–11:00 PM).

Ginuwine — born Elgin B. Lumpkin — helped write the blueprint for modern R&B. Emerging from DeVante Swing’s Swing Mob collective, the Grammy-nominated singer broke through in 1996 with his Timbaland-produced debut Ginuwine…The Bachelor and its iconic single “Pony.” The multi-platinum 100% Ginuwine followed with “So Anxious” and “None of Ur Friends Business,” while “Differences” topped the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart. He later teamed with Tyrese and Tank for the Grammy-nominated supergroup TGT, has sold more than 15 million albums in the U.S., and received the Black Music Honors Icon Award.

Opening the night is fellow Grammy nominee Ro James, whose breakout “Permission” earned a Best R&B Performance nomination and hit No. 1 on Adult R&B Airplay. His debut Eldorado (2016) and Mantic (2020) — featuring Miguel and Brandy — cemented him as one of R&B’s smoothest voices.
