Jay Electronica Brings Benefit Concert to Town Hall on November 15
New York, get ready for a night where hip hop meets purpose. Jay Electronica brings his Jay Electronica And Friends Benefit Concert to the historic Town Hall, 123 West 43rd Street in Manhattan, on Sunday, November 15, 2026, with the show starting at 6:00 PM.
The New Orleans-born lyricist built his legend on some of the most unconventional music hip hop has ever heard. His 2007 mixtape Act I: The Eternal Sunshine (The Pledge) — a drumless concept project woven from film samples — made him an underground icon overnight, and the 2009 Just Blaze-produced single “Exhibit C” turned him into one of the most talked-about MCs of his generation. Signed to Jay-Z’s Roc Nation, he later released Act II: Patents of Nobility (The Turn), a catalog fans still dissect line by line.
A one-night-only benefit show with friends in the room is the kind of rare Electronica appearance that becomes instant lore. His live sets are famous for unforgettable moments — pulling fans onstage, delivering verses from the middle of the crowd. Expect the classics, the deep cuts, and a few surprises.
