The Pharcyde and Slum Village Team Up at Brooklyn Bowl
Two golden-era hip-hop institutions share one Brooklyn stage this fall. The Pharcyde and Slum Village perform together at Brooklyn Bowl in Brooklyn, New York, on Thursday, November 12, 2026, at 8:00 PM.
The show takes place at Brooklyn Bowl, 61 Wythe Avenue, Brooklyn, NY, a room famous for pairing great live music with a full night out.
The Pharcyde, the Los Angeles group behind the 1993 classic Passin’ Me By, built their name on playful, jazz-leaning rhymes and left-field humor that stood apart from the harder West Coast sound of their era. Their debut album Bizarre Ride II The Pharcyde remains a touchstone for alternative hip-hop fans.
Slum Village, the Detroit crew rooted in the genius of the late J Dilla, carry their own deep legacy, from the soulful bounce of Fantastic, Volume 2 to a catalog that has kept Detroit’s sound in the conversation for decades. Together, the two acts promise a night of lyricism, nostalgia and pure boom-bap energy.
