The 15th Annual “Girls Can Do Anything! Raising Queens” conference hosted by One Village Alliance — a full day of empowerment, connection, creativity, leadership, and possibility for girls and young women. Engaging workshops, interactive activities, inspiring speakers, teen-focused sessions, a resource fair, and food, all built around girls’ voices and experiences.
**HISTORY:**
Fifteen years in, the Girls Can Do Anything conference is one of Delaware’s longest-running celebrations of Black girlhood. Host One Village Alliance has spent years building “villages” around Wilmington youth — mentoring, education, and leadership programs rooted in the belief that it takes a community to raise a queen. For a generation of Delaware girls, this conference has been a first stage, a first network, and a first glimpse of what’s possible.
