Analog-A-Go-Go Brings Sugarhill Gang to Dogfish Head’s Milton Brewery on November 7
Delaware, get ready to drop the needle. Dogfish Head’s Analog-A-Go-Go returns to the Milton Brewery on Saturday, November 7, 2026, and this year’s headliner is hip-hop royalty: the legendary Sugarhill Gang, live on the Analog stage.
The festival runs from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM for General Admission, with VIP early access from 12:00 PM, at the Dogfish Head Milton Brewery, 6 Cannery Village Center, Milton. It is a music venue meets record fair meets beer festival all in one — local record shops bringing crates of vinyl, an artisanal marketplace, and food vendors, plus an expansive lineup of beverages from fan-favorite brews to innovative cocktails and spirits.
The live music lineup opens with Bushwick’s Dead from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, setting the tone with their genre-blending sound and extended jams. Then, from 3:15 PM to 4:00 PM, Sugarhill Gang closes things out in a big way, bringing iconic hits like “Rapper’s Delight” and “Apache” to the Analog stage.
Tickets are required and the event is 21 and over, rain or shine. General Admission is $60 per person and includes a festival sampling glass, unlimited 5 oz pours of 14+ beers and cocktails, and access to the artisanal marketplace and live music. VIP is $110 per person and adds 1-hour early access, an exclusive fireside chat with Guinness, a VIP bottle to go, an exclusive VIP glass, and a poster signed by Dogfish Head brewer and founder Sam Calagione. Designated Driver tickets are $20 per person with unlimited water and soft drinks plus marketplace and live music access. This year’s collaborations include the Guinness Culture Clash Stout and a J. Press Manhattan-Style Cocktail, and the festival once again partners with the Food Bank of Delaware — bring a canned food donation to help stock local pantries.
HISTORY
The Sugarhill Gang made history in 1979 with “Rapper’s Delight,” the first single released on Sugar Hill Records and the first hip-hop single to become a Top 40 hit. Built on an interpolation of Chic’s “Good Times,” the record peaked at No. 36 on the Billboard Hot 100 and No. 4 on the Hot Soul Singles chart, sold over 2 million copies in the U.S., and became the highest-selling 12-inch single of its era. It took a Bronx-born sound that had lived mostly at block parties and put it on radios around the world — the record that turned hip-hop from a local scene into a global culture.
The group followed it with “8th Wonder” in 1980 and “Apache (Jump On It)” in 1981, and decades later they still tour, carrying the foundation of the genre they helped launch. Seeing the Sugarhill Gang in an intimate Delaware setting, on a bill with vinyl vendors and craft beer, is a full-circle moment for hip-hop heads: the pioneers, live, in the First State.
