50 Cent Asks a Judge to Stop Tia Kemp From Posting About His 14-Year-Old Son Sire

Written by on 27 October 2026

50 Cent is taking the fight to court — and this time, it’s about protecting his son.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the Queens rapper filed a petition Monday in Miami-Dade County, Florida, asking a judge to step in and stop Tia Kemp — Rick Ross’s ex — from what he calls a campaign of online harassment aimed at his 14-year-old son, Sire Jackson. In the filing, Sire is identified only by his initials.

Fif claims Kemp has repeatedly targeted the teenager online, including calling him “slow” and claiming he is on the autism spectrum. He also takes issue with Kemp allegedly posting a photo of Sire alongside a sexually explicit image of a woman the filing suggests is Sire’s mother, Daphne Joy. According to the filing, Kemp targeted Sire in four separate online publications over just six days, including an October 25 interview in which she again called him “slow” and claimed he “can’t talk.”

50 says his legal team already tried to handle this quietly. His attorneys previously sent Kemp a cease-and-desist letter demanding she remove the offending posts and stop publishing the material — but he claims she fired back by posting part of the letter online with a profanity-laced message aimed at his lawyers.

Now he’s asking the court for an immediate temporary injunction barring Kemp from stalking, cyberstalking, or harassing Sire, followed by a final injunction after a hearing. The rapper argues his son has been subjected to humiliation, embarrassment, and mental anguish, and that the alleged harassment will continue unless a judge intervenes.

Kemp, for her part, is not backing down. XXL reports that she responded on TikTok, calling 50 “15 Cent” and vowing to keep going, telling him, “You can’t bully me.” TMZ says it has reached out to Kemp for comment and has not heard back; XXL says it reached out to 50 Cent’s representative.

This is the latest chapter in a long, messy back-and-forth between 50 and Kemp, who has been a vocal presence in the ongoing 50 Cent–Rick Ross feud. But with a minor at the center of it, the stakes here are very different from a rap beef — and now a judge will decide where the line gets drawn.
