Open Mic and Jam Session Returns to Wilmington Public Library Nov 4
Written by Kiss Media on 16 October 2026
Delaware’s creatives get the mic again. The Delaware Music Network’s signature Open Mic & Jam Session returns on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, from 6 PM to 10 PM at the Wilmington Public Library, 10 E. 10th Street, Wilmington (across from Rodney Square).
The night runs every first Wednesday of the month: an artist-of-the-month spotlight, featured artists, a full open mic lineup, a live jam session open to all musicians, and a vendor marketplace. Hosted by Ronin Ali with music and sound by DJ Niknax. Performer sign-ups begin at 6 PM, the open mic starts at 6:30 PM, and walk-ins are welcome — singers, poets, rappers, musicians, comedians, storytellers and creative entrepreneurs all get their moment. Admission is free with a $5 suggested donation.
HISTORY: The Delaware Music Network exists to uplift local artists and build a thriving music and arts ecosystem across the state — through workshops, showcases, open mics and community-healing events. Its monthly session has become a reliable room where Delaware’s emerging talent performs, collaborates and networks, and where supporters can catch the next wave before it breaks.
